In this project, our team carried out a specialized cleaning after a death, where the consequences affected two apartments. In the apartment above, a lonely pensioner had passed away, and as decomposition progressed, bodily fluids seeped through the floor structure.
Additionally, contamination spread through communication channels inside the walls, causing biological pollution and an unpleasant odor in the apartment below. This required a comprehensive approach to cleaning and disinfection.
We cleaned and disinfected the affected surfaces using professional cleaning and antiseptic agents. Ozone treatment was also performed to eliminate persistent odors and destroy harmful microorganisms.
As a result, the premises were fully cleaned, sanitized, and prepared for further renovation.
