In this project, our team carried out a complex specialized cleaning after a death, affecting two apartments. The building had cable channels running through the inter-floor structures, allowing decomposition fluids to seep through and appear on the ceiling of the apartment below.
The work included not only disinfection of the apartment where the incident occurred but also the removal of flooring, as contamination had penetrated deep into the materials. Additionally, the ceiling of the apartment below had to be treated to eliminate traces of biological contamination and unpleasant odors.
We performed a comprehensive cleaning, used professional disinfecting agents, and treated the space with ozone to neutralize odors. As a result, both apartments were fully cleaned and prepared for further use and renovation.
