In this project, our team carried out a specialized cleaning of an apartment following the death of its occupant, with subsequent preparation for renovation. The apartment retained a strong decomposition odor, and there were biological contaminants requiring deep cleaning and disinfection.
We performed a comprehensive treatment of all surfaces using professional cleaning and disinfecting agents to eliminate hazardous microorganisms and odors. During the process, wallpaper removal was also carried out.
To completely eliminate residual odors, we conducted a cold fogging treatment. After completing all cleaning stages, the apartment was fully sanitized and prepared for further renovation.
