In this project, our team carried out a specialized cleaning of an apartment following the death of its occupant. The space had a strong decomposition odor and biological contamination, requiring deep cleaning and disinfection.
We conducted a thorough treatment of all surfaces using professional cleaning and disinfecting agents to eliminate hazardous microorganisms and odors. During the process, we discovered that decomposition fluids had seeped through the parquet flooring, requiring us to remove a significant section of the floor covering down to the subfloor to fully eliminate the source of contamination.
To completely remove residual odors, we performed ozone treatment of the premises. As a result, the apartment was fully cleaned and prepared for further renovation.
