In this project, our team carried out a comprehensive cleaning of an apartment after flooding. The finishing materials in the room were constantly exposed to moisture due to issues with the balcony’s rainwater drainage system. During rainfall, the drain would become clogged, causing water to overflow onto the balcony, which led to persistent dampness on the walls.
We promptly removed excess moisture, cleaned, and disinfected all affected areas using professional cleaning and disinfecting agents. Special attention was given to areas where moisture could accumulate and mold could develop.
To eliminate unpleasant odors and prevent mold from reappearing, we performed ozone treatment. As a result, the apartment was completely dried, disinfected, and prepared for further cosmetic repairs.
