In this project, we removed mold from a repurposed service space on the first floor of a multi-story building. The lack of a proper ventilation system led to consistently high relative humidity. As a result, the exterior walls lost some of their insulation properties, creating favorable conditions for rapid mold growth.

Our team performed a complete mold removal and treated the affected surfaces with specialized antifungal solutions. Additionally, protective agents were applied to prevent future mold formation on the walls.

To prevent further moisture buildup and reduce the risk of mold recurrence, we recommended installing an effective ventilation system or a heat recovery unit (recuperator) to ensure proper air circulation.
