In this project, we encountered common cases of mold growth caused by high indoor humidity in apartments. The affected areas included exterior walls, room corners, window slopes, and spaces with poor air circulation, such as the area between kitchen furniture and the wall or between the wall and the refrigerator.
Excess moisture in the room created favorable conditions for mold growth, while furniture placed too close to the walls obstructed normal airflow, contributing to mold formation.
Our team conducted a thorough inspection of the affected areas, cleaning the surfaces with specialized tools and solutions. Afterward, the treated zones were disinfected with professional antifungal compounds that eliminate remaining spores and prevent mold from recurring.
We recommended that the client improve ventilation, ensure a fresh air supply, and regularly ventilate the rooms. To reduce humidity levels, we advised installing a kitchen exhaust hood. Additionally, we suggested adjusting the furniture layout to allow proper airflow along the walls.
Thanks to our comprehensive approach and professional measures, we were able to completely remove the mold and create conditions that prevent its recurrence.
